This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, workshops, events, training programmes and related offerings listed on aolpermaculture.in.

By registering for any course, workshop, event or programme through this website or through any associated payment link, you agree to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All course fees, workshop fees, event fees, registration fees and programme fees are non-refundable.

Once payment has been made, no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Change in personal schedule
  • Inability to attend
  • Illness or travel difficulty
  • Partial attendance
  • Non-attendance
  • Late arrival
  • Dissatisfaction after registration
  • Failure to read course details before registering

Please review all course details, dates, timings, venue, eligibility requirements and other information carefully before making payment.

2. Participant Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your participation after registering, the fee paid will not be refunded.

However, notifying us of cancellation does not make you eligible for a refund.

3. Transfers and Adjustments

Course fees are generally not transferable to another person, another course, another batch or a future date.

Any request for transfer or adjustment may be considered solely at our discretion. We are not obligated to approve such requests.

If any transfer or adjustment is approved as an exception, it will be confirmed in writing by our team.

4. Course Postponement or Rescheduling by Us

If a course, workshop or event is postponed or rescheduled by us, your registration may be carried forward to the new date or to an alternative batch, as decided by the organisers.

A postponement or rescheduling does not automatically make the registration eligible for a refund.

5. Course Cancellation by Us

If a course, workshop or event is cancelled by us and no alternative date, batch or replacement option is provided, we may review the matter and communicate the next steps to registered participants.

Any decision in such cases will be made by the organisers and communicated directly to affected participants.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway charges, transaction fees, convenience fees, taxes or other processing charges are non-refundable.

If any exceptional refund is approved in writing by the organisers, such charges may be deducted from the amount, where applicable.

Before registering, you are responsible for checking:
