— BACKGROUND & PURPOSE —
Permaculture is more than a farming technique; it is a way of designing productive landscapes that work with nature. The Confluence brings together proven practitioners, scientists, farmers, entrepreneurs and institutions to translate decades of field experience into an immersive two-day learning journey. The emphasis is practical: moving from degraded soil and external-input dependence towards living soils, water security, biodiversity, resilient production, multiple income streams and progressively lowerintervention farming.
The central proposition is simple: ecological regeneration must also be economically viable. Participants will see real models, hear real numbers, learn from successes and failures, and leave with a clearer pathway to start, improve or scale a regenerative farm or enterprise.
— THE PARTICIPANT JOURNEY —
KNOW YOUR LAND → DESIGN → REGENERATE → PRODUCE → ADD VALUE → EARN → MEASURE → SCALE
— STRAIGHT ANSWERS —
Questions This Confluence Will Answer
This conference is built to answer exactly what stops most people — and a few things that may not have crossed your mind yet.
How do I begin and what should I do first?
How can I create multiple year-round income streams?
How can I reduce recurring inputs and labour?
How much will it cost and when can I expect returns?
What should I grow, where and in what sequence?
How do I build resilience to drought, heat and market shocks?
— Take Back Control —
This is not a Farming Conference. It is a Decision to Take Back Control of your Life through Permaculture
You cannot control the air over a city or the water in a canal, but you can control what grows on your land, what your children eat, and where your food comes from. Permaculture is not just a farming technique; it is a way to live a regenerative life — one that is in tune with nature, not against it.
- Living & Healthy soil • Nutrition Rich food • honest livelihood • Inner calm

— Why Participate? —
START WITH CLARITY
Understand how to assess land, water, soil, climate and investment before making costly decisions.
PUT ECONOMICS AT THE CENTRE
Learn establishment cost, annual operating cost, cash flow, break-even, income per acre and risk.
REDUCE INPUTS & RISK
Design for lower recurring inputs and labour, water resilience, biodiversity and climate adaptation.
LEARN FROM PROVEN MODELS
Study farms and systems demonstrated over years—not theory alone. Seeing is believing.
BUILD MULTIPLE INCOME STREAMS
Explore crops, trees, livestock, value addition, nurseries, direct marketing, ecotourism and services.
MEASURE & SCALE
Use simple science, technology and regenerative indicators to improve performance and enable scaling.
